Fees and Payment

Payment terms are stated in the applicable quotation or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits and completed project milestones are non-refundable once the corresponding work has begun or been delivered.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of final custom deliverables transfers only after full payment, subject to any third-party licences and tools used in the project. Ezu Integrated Services retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, reusable components, know-how, and internal tools.

Projects may use third-party hosting, software, APIs, payment gateways, plugins, or platforms. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance are governed by their respective providers.

Warranty and Liability

We provide services with reasonable care and professional skill. To the extent permitted by law, Ezu Integrated Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, interruptions caused by third parties, or issues resulting from unauthorised changes made after delivery.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement according to the relevant agreement. Fees remain payable for work completed and committed costs incurred up to the termination date.
